FAQs
Q. Do you provide the ability to customize the cover?
A. Yes. We offer semi-customization and full-customization options. Semi-custom means we can add your team/league name in your team/league colors to one of our 20 full color background templates. Fully custom means that you can provide us with your team/league logo, graphics, or photograph and our art department we will design a cover for you or use what you provide.
Q. What are the extra costs to customize the cover?
A. None. We offer the semi-custom and full-custom cover options free of charge. There are no set up fees, no up charges, and no minimums – which means you can have a fully custom cover in full color for an order of a single book.
Q. What are the final dimensions of the scorebook?
A. We have two scorebook sizes – our 15-batter book is 14” X 10.5” while our 12-batter and 14-batter books are 12” X 9.75”.
Q. Are your scorebooks the ones with the built-in lineup cards?
A. Yes. This is our patent-pending Write-Once Automatic Lineup Transfer System feature combining multi-part lineup cards and the scoresheet together for the first time ever. With Write-Once, you write your lineup once (now you know where the name came from) and you’ll have a copy for the other team, the umpire, and dugout – plus, your lineup automatically transfers all the way down to your scorebook. No more writing your lineup over and over and over.
Q. Are your scorebooks the ones with both teams on the same page?
A. No. Our scorebooks use our trademarked Vertical Flip System that we pioneered back in 2009. Our Vertical Flip System use one page for “Our Team” and another page for “Their Team.” These two pages become one game set providing the largest amount of room to document what goes on during each pitch, each play, each inning, and for the entire game.
Q. How many batting positions do the scorebooks provide for players?
A. We have 3 different scorebook formats: 1) 15-batter 10-inning with lineup cards; 2) 12-batter 10-inning with lineup cards; and 3) 14-batter 9 inning scorebook only.
Q. Are there instructions inside the scorebook to help a new scorekeeper?
A. Yes. Simplified instructions about how to keep score are included in all of our scorebook options. Plus on every scoresheet, position and scorekeeping abbreviations are listed for quick reference.
