All GrandSlamScorebooks.com orders are processed by Grand Slam Scorebooks through Shopify Payments.  All credit card purchases will show GSS Scorebooks as the merchant on credit card billing statements. All order process customer service issues will be conducted by Grand Slam Scorebooks Customer Service Agents.

STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE:
Standard Shipping service is available for orders placed before 1 p.m. MST Monday - Friday for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via Standard Shipping service typically arrive within (5 - 8) business days after leaving our distribution center.

Standard Shipping service is via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending upon shipment weight and destination. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Standard Cover Orders: Grand Slam Scorebooks makes every attempt to process orders using our Standard Covers the same day they are received. Our cut-off time for daily order processing is: 1pm MST Monday – Friday. Orders for books with our Standard Cover received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.

Custom Cover Orders: Grand Slam Scorebooks makes every attempt to process orders using either a Semi-Custom Cover or Fully-Custom Cover, and depending on quantity ordered, within 1 – 7 business days from when the all custom order information, such as Team/League name, colors, or for fully-custom cover orders all art files to manufacture your order.

Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO:
Standard shipping service is via USPS Priority Mail depending upon shipment weight and destination. Expedited UPS Shipping is also available via UPS 2^nd Day Service. Check the UPS Transit Time Calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.

VIRGIN ISLANDS & OTHER US TERRITORIES:
Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via US Postal Service.

APO & FPO SERVICE:
APO & FPO orders are charged the standard shipping rate and shipped via US Postal Service.
